Returns & Exchanges

Fam, we want you to be happy with your order. Before you make a purchase, it is important that you read through this page.

When an order is placed, it is fulfilled directly by our manufacturer. This means that each order is essentially a custom order. Unless an item has been damaged, printed incorrectly or the order was never received, we cannot offer returns, exchanges or refunds.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or with an error, please email us at info@eightyfivenorth.com within 14 days of receiving your order so a replacement can be sent. We require an image of the damaged or incorrect product, which we then submit to our manufacturer. 

Wrong Address

Please check your mailing address carefully when you place your order. After your order is placed, we can only update it IF we have not begun the fulfillment process with our manufacturer. If you provide an incorrect address and the package is rejected, or you provided an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our manufacturer's facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.

Lost Orders

If you have confirmed that you entered the correct mailing address, and your package was lost in transit, please email us at info@eightyfivenorth.com to submit your claim within 21 days of the estimated date of delivery.

Canceled Orders

If you decide you need to cancel an order and it is within our ability (meaning the item has not yet been custom printed), we're happy to issue a refund. However, we may not be able to refund the fees charged by PayPal or other credit card processors. Thanks for understanding!

We Cannot Accept...

We cannot accept returns of sealed goods, such as, but not limited to face masks, or swimwear, both of which are not suitable for return due to health and hygiene concerns. Any returned orders with face masks or swimwear won’t be available for reshipping or refund and the item will be disposed of.

We cannot offer refunds for gift card purchases.

We cannot offer refunds or exchanges for sale items. Only regular priced items are eligible for refunds or exchanges.
